Welcome to St. Patrick Parish of Amador County, California.

St. Patrick Parish comprises three Catholic churches: St. Patrick in Jackson, and our two mission churches, St. Bernard in Volcano and Our Lady of the Pines in Pioneer. Please visit their individual pages by clicking on their links.

Father Tom
Our Pastor is Rev. Thomas Seabridge, affectionately known as Father Tom. Father serves as Pastor of both St. Patrick Parish (Jackson-Volcano-Pioneer) and Immaculate Conception Parish (Sutter Creek-Plymouth).
Deacon Garry
Deacon Garry Evans joined us in 2007, transferring from The Church of the Transfiguration in Castro Valley. He was ordained into the Diocese of Oakland in 2000. You can read a little about Deacon Garry here.
Fr. Alfie
Rev. Alfredo Africa, Parochial Vicar, joined the parish in September 2007.  He assists Father Tom in both St. Patrick and Immaculate Conception Parishes.  He is originally from the Philippines, and you can read about him here.
Deacon Bill
William Thompson is our Deacon Emeritus. Deacon Bill served as a Permanent Deacon for over twenty years, the majority of them right here at St. Patrick Parish.

Note! MAY, THE MONTH OF OUR LADY.  Our Blessed Mother said, "May this month be for you the month of the rosary and reading your Bible . . . " (May 1988, Medjugorje)   May is Mary's month with its processions and crownings of her statues all over the world.  She urges us to increase our rosaries as, by these prayers, we "will overcome all the troubles which Satan is trying to inflict on the Catholic Church."  Our Mother asks that all "read the bible in your homes every day.  Place it in a visible place there, where it will always remind you to read it and to pray."  In celebration of this month dedicated to Our Blessed Mother, may we suggest that you set aside in your home a May altar, placing on it a candle and a rosary.  Gather your family together each day, light the candle and offer special prayers to Our Lady.  Besides the rosary, these may include the litany of Mary, a novena of prayers, or any special prayers for her intentions, which are those of her Son, Jesus.
Look! HOLY NAME SPAGHETTI DINNER AND RAFFLE.  Save the date: Saturday, May 17, 6 PM, at the Native Sons Hall, Jackson.  Buy tickets at St. Patrick after Masses, at the Parish Office, or call Lary Thomas at 223-1604.
