  • Knights of Columbus - Website of the Knights of Columbus, Amador County Council #1849. Serves all of Amador County and parts of El Dorado, Calaveras, and Sacramento Counties.
  • Amador Teen Driver Council - A local organization of concerned citizens who is working to lower the rate of teen driving-related accidents by educating parents of teen drivers.

  • National Catholic Educational Association - The NCEA has been providing leadership and service to American Catholic educators since 1904.
  • FaithFirst.com - An excellent and comprehensive Catholic website produced by Resources for Christian Living. Interactive games and lessons for children K-8 that introduce/review Catholic teachings. Reflections and questions based on the Sunday readings, prayer suggestions and information on the adult level.
  • CyberFaith - Also a very helpful resource for Catholic teachings based on the readings. Includes sections on our Catholic roots, witnessing and nurturing faith, and stories of people's faith experiences.
  • Blest Are We - From the website's program information: "Blest Are We is a comprehensive catechetical program whose goal is to share faith and form disciples.   • Daily Readings and Psalms - Pre-read the Mass readings and psalms.  An excellent resource for lectors or anyone else who wishes to know what the daily readings are.  From the U. S. Conference of Catholic Bishops website.
  • Embracing Our Dying - A resource for Catholics facing end-of-life issues.  Includes an overview of Catholic moral theology on death and dying,information on current medical and hospital practices, a summary of the state of law, downloadable advance directives, information about hospice care, and answers to other frequently asked questions.  Website developed by the California Catholic Conference of Bishops.
  • Eucharistic Adoration Chapels - A database of Catholic churches in California that maintain Adoration chapels.  Locations, hours of adoration, website links included.  This useful database is in its infancy, and the developer hopes to expand it to include nationwide coverage.
